Just started looking for a new place to move after getting the same letter. Was told when I moved in I could park in fron of my garages - now they want to change that! Have gone through MANY managers. They're nice townhouses but WAAAYYY overpriced. Management recently threatened to close pool because people were breaking in - probably pool hoppers that don't even live here. They like to punish everyone instead of dealing with the individual problems. Management needs to go through customer service training. Poor ratings only for management - townhouses are nice.
