You may as well give you paycheck to the nearest stranger. At least they will do something useful with it.
Pinecrest overcharges you and if you make a complaint, you will not see results. The place used to be fairly attractive when we moved in but in a few short months, trees have been broken by children climbing on them and nobody will replace them.
The neighbors are loud at night and children are not supervised so if you aren't going 5 mph you will probably hit one of them.
You probably won't get your deposit back either so if you are already stuck there, no matter what you do, plan on deducting that amount from your life.
