I lived here about a year ago. Had the same parking issues it seems like everyone else has. My roommate and I were parking in parking spots in front of our building, but one neighbor had like 4 cars and so we usually had to park on the street or in front of the building across from us. We hated paying 895 a month to park on the street. WE called management to explain but never heard crap from them. We got out of our lease and moved far away. Watch out though they will charge you an arm and a leg when you move out if your place isn't spotless. We got charged a total of 1300.00 for cleaning and carpet. Lets just say i didn't pay a dime!
