The townhomes themselves are actually very nice. I felt like the rooms and closets were spacious and the place was pretty great. I looked at quite a few places and this one was definitely nicer and had more storage than the rest. The management, however, was awful! They are hard to get a hold of, never knew what was going on, and could not have been less helpful.

-I came home from work one day to find my lights on, which I don't do. I found a work order on my counter saying they replaced my heater. Attached to it was an email from another tenant telling them their heat didn't work. They actually came into my home and replaced the entire heater without knowing they were in the wrong house. Not only did they leave my lights on, I go upstairs and it feels like an oven. They'd cranked the heat up to over 80 while I was at work!!!
-When I moved out, I scheduled a walk thru. When the girl never showed up, I went to the office and turns out, she didn't come to work that day. She had someone else come in for her but it was someone who couldn't do walk thrus! So I didn't get to be there when they did it.
-Getting my deposit back was a freaking NIGHTMARE!!!! They never answered the phones, and when they did, none of them had a clue what was going on. I called corporate and had an even worse time getting a hold of someone there! I kept getting everyone's voicemail! When I told the operater I wanted to talk to an actual person, she transfered me to someone...and it went to their voicemail as well. When I FINALLY (months later) got my check, they only sent me half of my eligible return even though the girl told me the place looked great and that I would be getting my deposit back. Now, they automatically hold out $150 up front, and I knew that, but they only sent me half of what they owed me.

I ignored all other reviews about management because I'm pretty low key and figured I'd never have to deal with them. Wrong. There's no getting around them. You have to move in and move out...that was MORE than enough. They are completely clueless when you are lucky enough to actually have one answer the phone. Don't bother emailing or leaving a message...they won't call or write back until you have done it two or three times and they are tired of hearing from you.

With different management, I would totally live there again...but NEVER with these people.
