Pretty Dang Good.

Years at this apartment: 2008-01-01 - 2009-01-01
I moved in about June 2008.
I wasn't too excited, I really moved in because my roomate loved the lay out.
After a couple of months the roomate moved out and I was stuck in an apartment that I wasn't entirely in love with.
Overall it is nice, I was on the top level with the vaulted ceilings and it really gave it a nice feel.
Ample space for a lot of furniture, plus the two bathrooms made it really nice for when I was entertaining.
Staff was overall really friendly, somedays I think we caught them on some grumpy days, but they weren't always like that.
And heck, we are all human.
Downsides' My neighbors, below and next to me, are LOUD.
I believe the woman below me runs a day care/baby sits a lot and she plays the same darn video every morning for these children.
And when I say morning I mean like 730AM.
I work a weird schedule so its very very annoying to be awoken by a childrens movie at 730AM.
It is so loud that I had to go buy a sound machine to drown out the noise.
The other neighbor bathes her children at like 1030 everynight and those children scream louder than anything I have ever heard.
Honestly that doesn't bother me that much, but I could see it bothering other people.
Parking can sometimes be a problem, but only when parking in my covered spot.
If you do not have a considerate neighbor they can take up more room than they should and then it is almost impossible to park in your spot.
I actually knocked off my passenger side mirror trying to park.
Also they don't seem to clean before you move in, so be ready to do some cleaning.
It wasn't horribly disgusting, but it wasn't that crisp new apartment clean either.
Overall would I live here again'
Yes.
Was it my favorite place to live'
No, but it could of been much worst.
