I have a large 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. I've lived here for about 8 months. The apartments are nice and the local school districts are excellent. When my lease is up we're moving into a two bedroom so my daughter has her own room.

In the summer there is a large pool for us to use.

I had the maintenance guy in my apartment twice since I moved in. The first time there was a cold draft from the front door. The second time our garbage disposal wasn't working. The maintenance guys fixed everything and was friendly.

The managment messed our paperwork up the day we moved in. They fixed everything and sent us out to lunch while they fixed the paperwork. The office has always been friendly and helpful. I had a situation where my rent was going to be late one month by a day. I let them know on the 1st of the month and they worked w/ me and didn't make me feel bad.

Overall it's a nice place and affordable.
