I have two kids (ages 8 and 10) and it is so hard to find a place to live in Olathe that has a large area for kids to play. I face the playground and can watch my kids playing. Sometimes the older kids play football because there is a large grass field next to the playground and picnic area. The school districts are also great. I'm in a two bedroom and I like the closet space and kitchen best. If I were to change one thing about the community it would be I wish I were on the first floor. I'm not enjoying carrying groceries & kids to the third floor. Overall I think it's nice to live here.

I hope they cleaned all the beer bottles and cans before the kids play in the "play area". Look out for perverts as well, there are plenty of 'em running around out there. Remember what happened to the girl in Florida.
