Office staff was terrible!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The office staff was an absolutte nightmare to deal with. You could hear very little noise your neighbor made and smell marijuana and cigarette smoke all the time. There was always trash (cigarette butts and beer cans) on the ground and in the bushes.
