Good, if you have decent neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The first year was great. The staff was awesome, the neighbors nice (but a bit loud at times) and it seemed to be perfect.
2 days after renewing our lease, people moved in below us, and braught roaches with them.
They quickly spread up to our appartment, and no amount of baiting, spraying, treating and trapping was getting rid of them.
Its been nearly a year since I spotted the first one, and as I am typing this, 2 just crawled past my desk.
They basically said, "We could treat your appartment every day, but if your neighbor doesn't keep things as clean as you do, the problem is NOT going to go away!"
So yeah, we are moving.
