My friend was visting for the weekend and he ends up getting shot in the chest! The people who shot him didnt live at the apts but the place is ------! Like many others have experienced, the staff is rude and they are very scandolous! Charge extra fees when u move out! would not recommend anybody to move here! Only good thing is the prices...but thats not even worth it! and your deposit...well plan on not getting that back. First year we had to pay extra because our deposit supposedly didnt cover all the stuff they needed to do! Dye the carpet, paint the whole apt again! The carpet is ------ already and the walls they paint with powder paint! My pillow left stains on the wall! Never seen that before! The second year which we were pretty much forced to stay didnt get our deposit back...but good news is didnt have to pay extra! Except for the extra couple months rent past our contract that we had to pay because we didnt notify them we would not be coming back! Which you have to do two months in advanced! Oh and apt. was broke into during the middle of the day nobody heard it..they used a crow bar and tried at least seven times to break open the door which they did and stole lots of me and my roommates stuff! i live at ridgeview apartments right now and i hate it so much with a passion i have only lived there a month and my car has gotten broken into and crack heads/ meth heads whatever you wanna call it are everywhere learkin i called the office and they told me i camt get out of my lease because i havent lived there for 6 months yet and the apartent i live in is a crackerjack box i dont know what apartment they showed me but mine is small as hell and i had a big ass spider in there this apartment is bull ---- jsut off the wall ---- happens there i hate it i thought these apartments would be good big mistake please please dont move there save yourself please just keep it movin i would move but i could lose my section 8 but you bets believe when 6 months hit im gone i dont care how much it costs they told me i gotta pay 1300 to move i dont give a ---- i hate hate hate ridgeview ---- the staff they suck!!!!!!!
