I lived in Ridgeview for a year and couldn't wait to get out. Actual apts weren't bad and upkeep was decent but neighbors and reseidents are bad news. Very loud all hours of the night, police visited regularly and office staff not good. My roommate was jumped when coming home late night as he walked to our apt. Three guys attacked him and stole his wallet and his keys to his car and my apt. I was awaken at six in the morning by the police walking in my bedroom to make sure I was ok after roommate arrived home from hospital. He needed stitches above his eyebrow. The apt complex had no response and would not let us out of lease. This place is bad news!
