I lived at Ridgeview from 2006-2007, unaware that the apartment complex allowed section 8. They look decent, the model looked cute, and the price was right. Anyway, I moved in, and as soon as the warm air hit, it became "Hood Rat City". By this, I mean that there are obnoxious young females hanging around the apartments outside and on the patios, yelling at guys, doing obscene things as people drive past. They have random people stopping by all times of the day and night, taking up parking spaces, having "block party's" , bumping music til 3AM, and the staff did nothing to stop or prevent this behavior. Half the people in the complex don't have jobs, they consist of white trash, crackheads, etc. I don't know what kind of background check the staff runs, but they will let anybody and everybody move in. My stay was miserable. The maintenence was horrible, you have to make an appointment if you ever need to talk to anyone, even if it's an "emergency", and they usually show no compassion or care for any of your apartment issues. The police drive through on a regular basis. While I was living there, some skitzo kid lit the laundry room on fire and doused himself with gasoline. The police were called and it looked like an episode of SWAT. This place is probably a crackhead's dream. It is the most ghetto apartment complex in the city. Literally.

By the way, whoever wrote that comment about the "Better Business Bureau" crap, you shouldn't rent there just because they've had ONE bad review. Are you kidding me with this'! They shouldn't have ANY!! You're taking up for this crappy complex and you've had no experience there yourself. If you move there, you will soon regret it. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

From my experience living there, I discovered it's a popular place for high school kids to move into as their first apartment. Lots of irresponsible behavior.
