Please think twice! I know that the rent price is amazing.... 1200 sq ft. for $450 a month...not bad. But consider this: they do NOT repair ANYTHING! Total ruins! The stairs are falling apart, the roof leaks, and is causing mold, the bathrooms are mold infected, and there are COCKROACHES that don't ever seem to go away. The landlord manager is COCKY, and seems to think he knows all. The pool: COMPLETELY FILLED IN WITH DIRT!!!!!!!!!!
