This is the worst apt. Complex ever. The staff is horrible, the building is old and moldy and it smells everytime it rains or snows. It smells like constant sewage running through my room. They haven't given me what they promised when I signed my lease. Tons of drug dealers that live here and come and go as they please. Lots of nasty people that run around here. Walls are paper thin so u hear everything. The cops are here on a daily basis. About a month ago there was a shooting and someone got killed_(u probably all heard about that on the news.) This is not a safe place to live-for anyone!!! If I were u I would save urself a couple bucks and move across the street to millcreek...I'm sure its a whole lot better over there than here.the roads in this place have pot holes and have ruined my car to an extent. You can tell they used white out to cover up markings on the wall as if it would really hurt them to actually match the color of the wall and use plastering and paint. Lazy lazy lazy! O yeah did I say that the management sucks a$$ here' Well let me tell ya...they make me want to rip their eye balls out! If I could I'd rate this hell hole as a zero if I could. So please I'm doing u all a favor and warning u about this place. And don't think I've lived wrong here-i pay rent on time, white young female,have a steady job and go to school...so believe me on this one..I'm not bitter at all:)I'm just dissapointed and disgusted. If I wanted to live in a place where I hear gun shots, loud parties, constant foul smell, cops driving up and down the street and drug deals left and right then I would have moved to KCK or detroit. So good luck and I feel really bad for that next human that signs there life away to this grunge.
