Do not rent here. It is not worth a pot to piss in. I flooded nine times in a year and a half. Every time they told me it should be fixed. The next time it rained I woke up to wet carpet. My apartment would get torn apart so they could clean the carpet and I never recieved compensation for only being able to use half my apartment. When I refused to pay rent until it was fixed they evicted me and gave me three days to move out. It even says in their lease "should the premise become unsafe or uninhabitable the tenant or landlord can terminate the least at any time". I hope they take me court so I can make them eat those words.
