My husband and I thought this would be a great place to rent. It SEEMED safe, and the price was good. However, right when we signed our lease they upped the price $20/month. We still signed the lease because it still was pretty cheap. Once you move in, the management became very rude. I lost my job due to a high risk pregnancy, and the apartments wouldn't work with Catholic charities to pay our rent. The lady at the charity said this was the first apartment to refuse to work with them. Not only that, but the neighbors were so loud. The people across from us blasted their music until 4 AM, and the neighbors below us would play their music early in the morning. There were always fights in the parking lot, and the cops were called a few times. One day there was an FBI agent at our apartment for a few hours the day after the cops and an ambulance had gotten called. Not only that, but there was a MURDER there. Oh and parking is a nightmare. Don't rent from here, you WILL be sorry.

I planned moving there but I got very bad reviews from friends. all of it must be true.
