I have NO idea what Ridgeview used to be like but I can tell you from personal experience that NOW it is great. The staff cares, the leasing office is the best ever, and maintainence is actually up to par. "NO LIE" Every apartment complex has their problem tenants but Ridgeview now actually evicts those people!!! Its GREAT. I have three young children and we truly enjoy Ridgeview. For those of you who call it a ghetto of Johnson County, you were probably one of "those tenants". Go figure.

Haha...it's really sad when the staff has to post anonymous reviews just to see their percentage rate go up a notch...what a shame.
