We have been at Saddlewood for about 6 months now and I love it here. The floor plan is huge. I love our master suite, the 3rd bedroom could be a little bigger but its okay for a small child. The kitchen is amazing with lots of cabinets and a very large pantry. We have a real laundry room too! The electric bills are very affordable considering the size of the floor plan. The water heaters could be a little bigger and parking is awful but those are my only complaints really. We had a water leak after hours one night and they were pretty quick about getting someone out to look at it and take care of it.

01/2008 Update: Parking has been updated, its no where near as bad as it was when we moved in but its still fairly tight. We have a lot of community events, the office staff really is great, at first they may seem a bit snooty, but as you get to know them, they are all wonderful. Noise really isn't much of an issue, the property is very quiet, we do have people above us that are very heavy footed and like to run all over their apartment and drop very heavy things frequently but I can manage as everything else is so worth it.

Well apparently owners are dealing with some financial difficulties as they have let the office manager go and the leasing agent left shortly afterward. The current office manager is ----------------------------------------- and she is generally a pain to work with, she is not equipped to do the job. We no longer have any community events, the pool is still not even open when previous years they had it open in April. We no longer have any way to access the storm shelter after hours as no one lives on property to open it up and it feels like it takes much longer for things to get done. (Six month wait for routine spraying for bugs/changing filters!)
And since she has taken over, the quality of neighbors has dropped drastically. Kids just roam the property unsupervised, loud and noisy.
