I was a 1-year resident here and really liked my 1-bedroom apartment. It was new and very clean. The layout of the unit was good, too. I highly recommend having central air in an apartment like this complex has. Be careful on first floor units, as the A/C units seem to usually be next to the bedroom windows making noise. I rarely experienced noise problems. There was one neighbor who made noise in their garage but I called management and never heard noise from these people again. The storage room off the balcony was very handy. The high ceiling with crown molding was a good touch.

I left because I moved out of state but I wish I could bring that apartment with me! Very spacious for a 1-bedroom.
