I have lived at Somerset Oaks for 3 years and it is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The office staff is wonderful and always tries to get any issue i have resolved very fast. Someone in the office alwyas cals me back when i leave a message.(I dont really understand the previous comment about the washer and dryer. I have never heard of an apartment complex that was responsible for fixing and appliance that the resident personally brought it) The maintance here ROCKS!! I have never had to wait more than an day for anything to be fixed. They are very professional and make you feel confortable for letting them in you home. The only negative I would say about the complex is the parking. Depending where in the complex you are parking can be kinda rough, but everything has been so wonderful that i dont even notice anymore. Plus they offer carports and garages for rent.

Ha! Its is sad that this website is suppose to be used as a tool to leave an honest opinion and people like make it very hard to do so. Truth be told, no matter what property you like at, how old it is, whos runs it, etc, there are always going to be people who love them and people who hate them. We will all have different opnions, and what I am looking for in an apartment and my experiences are going to be different then the next guys. I do live at Somerset, and I very much enjoy living here. I am sorry if you dont, then go find a place to live that will fit you better and be done with it.

again.......you must be the manager or someone from the office. Your great and untruthfull comment is just as bad as the first one. Your spelling is no better either, enough to say your the same person who is probably sick of seeing your rating go down so quickly. Renters BEWARE of this property!!!!!!!!!! If a property is recommending a company that won't stand behind their appliances and keeps pawning the blame off on the property. Then you are at the wrong place. They should stop recommending this company and stand behind the tenant for once.
