I have lived at Somerset Oaks in Olathe for 15 months. My time here has been great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. It is very rare to hear a neighbor. The apartments are well built and have many nice features such as the high ceilings and spacious bedrooms and baths. I have friends over and they all comment on how nice the apartment is and that it is one of the best they have seen. In the rare event that something goes wrong they are there that day to fix it. It only takes one call to get something fixed. There was a muddy area close to where I enter my apartment if I park on the street and I mentioned it one day in the office. The next day I came home from work and the problem was solved! I have friends who have all kinds of problems in the apartments that they live in and I am happy to say that I have not had any of these problems at Somerset Oaks. The people who live here are also very nice and the neighborhood is safe. Carrie, Dina, Christy, and Sherry are a really good at what they do and they truly make you feel at home and let you know they care about your comfort. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live!
