The management is completely horrible. I have never lived at a place that was as unforgiving as Southfork. I'm in my second year there, but I certainly won't stick around for a third. First, we had some noisy neighbors who fought all the time, but based on an incorrect report from another neighbor, we were the ones who were written up. There was absolutely nothing we could do or say to prove our innocence, and they were completely unwilling to hear us out. Also, they put a note on the outside of my door today ( Tuesday ) that says I must have the apartment ready for a cleanliness inspection by Friday. My girlfriend and I work every day this week, plus we've got plans of our own, so we asked if they could move the inspection to Monday so that we would have the weekend to work on it. Well, in true Southfork fashion they said "absolutely not" and they will be in to inspect on Friday. I cannot stress strongly enough how callous and unreasonable Southfork apartment's management is. Aside from that, the apartments are parallel to some very active train tracks, which makes it difficult even to watch TV when a train is going by, even more difficult to sleep. Personally, I hate Southfork apartments and would never recommend them to anyone. I'm leaving as soon as the lease is up. Please do not live here unless you have no other options. This place should be dead last on your list.

I totally agree with this opinion on Southfork as I have also been a tenant here for almost a year and a half. And more than I've fought with management I've fought with the infestation of cockroaches. I have requested multiple times to have my residence exterminated they have not performed to par and I am now in eviction process because I am planning on using my rent money to have to move and exterminate all my belongings before I can place them somewhere else.
