Where do I start' When we first moved in there was a drug dealer that would hang out in the court yard. He offered my husband drugs and prostitutes, and when my husband refused he came back later and threatened my husband and myself. There were three incidences of gunfire in the parking lot, once right outside our apartment. The management would do nothing about it, but it all finally ended when the dealer was thrown in jail.
The maintenence came in and performed extermination services and never notified us. As a result our two pet ferrets got into the the roach bait they left out. We found one dead and the other died ofter rushing him to a pet hospital. The management refused to pay for the ferrets or the $400 medical bill. Just think what could of happened if our baby had gotten into the poison! Despite being able to kill our family pets, they never could get rid of the roaches. They were everywhere! Yuck!
There were two apartments across from us that were selling drugs. We had to deal with thier customers taking up all the parking spots and even parking behind our cars. One even tryed to start a fight with my husband and I. We notified management and of course they did nothing.
I could go on and on, but in conclusion let me say: if you have I had a choice between Southfork and a moldy box, I'd take the box.

one of girls at management told me ferrets werent aloud and she would have to terminate them if we were caught having ferrets in our apartment!!!!our experiance was horrible too. i wrote a review on google. i would pick the box too
