It's a nice place for someone on a budget. there are not any amenities and you can hear the train alot but I paid $410 a month. I had a new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Kitchen cabnets looked nice and good water pressure. Never had a problem with anything clogging. It is about 80% hispanic and everyone is very nice. It was dead during the day. Looked like everyone their is working class. Across the street is a huge park for walking or rollerblading. New asphalt. I big big bar across the street. Mostly all blue collar.
I never had a problem with crime.
