I lived in this apt for approx 6 months and was unaware when I moved in that up to 10-15 trains can pass by the location on any given night. But I found out the first night. To make the situation worse, there is a road/railroad intersection extremely close (within 100 ft of some apts) to this location and when the train horns go off, the noise can be very loud. For some apts, there are no structures or trees to block the sound. Ear plugs didn't always block out the noise and I often woke up. I can remember when sometimes up to 4 trains (at 2 am) went by per hour because this is a major transportation route.

This noise problem was so bad after awhile that my wife refused to stay there because she didn't sleep well.
