I've lived here for a year and a half and nothing was ever taken care of. If you had maintenance problems forget it. And the manager was never in the office. But there is a new manager in the office who is actually in the office EVERYDAY. Maybe some things will start to change for the better. They've already fixed maintenance problems in my apartment that I've been reporting for 5 months.
