This place is utterly NASTY!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
Me and my wife had been living here for three years. Our first year was ok but then they went so far down the tubes. Our second year we went all summer without A/C we had contacted management in may, finally in August we got A/C. and just this last year we found out that we had been breathing TOXIC MOLD (stachybotrys)for nine months. The raquetball court is full of furniture, POOP in the toilet level with the top, weight room is trashed and vandelized, lawn not mowed, Pond FULL of TRASH, hardly anyone has A/C, Trash everywhere, I could go on forever I have video and digital to prove it. And when we were forced to leave we got no compensation just an offer to get our deposit back.
