Besides the incredible noise, the maintanence sucks, and the managment has changed 3 times in the last year. Although pricing is cheap(er), you get what you pay for. The grounds are trashed, and maintanence doesn't clean up. The sign at the entrance was hit by a car, and is yet to be fixed, and the car that hit it was in the parking lot (damaged and undrivable) for 4 months after the fact. Also, you'll get to know the local police quite well since they are there quite often because of noise or illegal "goings on". Unless you are needing a place cheap and fast, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

i actually love it here and maintanence are really nice but the manager is really crabby
