Although I have never really had any problems here, I can certainly tell it is not a well maintained establishment.
I have not even been here for a year yet and I cannot even count how many different people they have had in and out of that office.
And the maintenance guy who I always saw working... is now gone.
Must be be a pretty crappy place to work for.
Some of the stuff in my apartment is pretty crappy also.
My dishwasher looks like it is from the 70's. Same with my bathroom sink.
