I lived there 1 year... was 22, wasn't bad at all

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I was in JCCC at the time, Cheapt housing! I did just fine using the apartment to sleep at night... wasn't loud near me, though did see parties almost every weekend. OK For College students, not so good for older folks. No issues with management during my time there.
