My wife and I lived there for 13 months and anytime we opened a work order with a problem, it was fixed within 24 hours and a note was always left indicating that someone was in the apartment to fix the problem. The parking lots are in great shape, and you get one carport free with your rent, which was nice. We had two cats and paid our pet deposit and when we moved out, we cleaned the aparment very well and got every penny of our deposit back. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent an apartment as you will have nothing but wonderful experiences with the management.
