I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, and they decided to raise the rent just because of the shopping center built next to us. It now takes me 10 more minutes to get through 119th & Blackbob area because of everything. I had no problem with maintence or the staff. There is trash everywhere on the ground. There is very limited parking and the same people are always in the nonresident spots (It is like no one moves the cars). You can definately hear through the walls, and if your nieghbor goes to bed late you will hear it. Also, if you get stuck with a neighbor with a barking dog they won't do anything about it....oh yeah and their is dog poop every where.
