the apartments are small for the money and the rent is probably high to pay for all the bimbos in the office....the maintenance sucks, I had to call them 4 separate times cos they couldn't figure out that I had a problem with the thermostat (in the middle of winter!)....its convenient for 119th street shops but they don't clean the roads so its a bit of a mess to get out of the complex.....and they'll hit u for everything when u move out so make sure its EXACTLY the same as move in otherwise say goodbye to ur $200 deposit!
