The management is horrible!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I signed the lease for 12 months. But after 5 months, I broke the lease and moved to another apartment.
Good: the locality is really good. Have tennis/bb courts.
Avg.: Interior apartment quality. Work out area is below avg.
Bad: The management behaves as if people stay here for free. They are so rude and good for nothing people. Also they won't let you sub lease the apartment.
What pissed me off: My friend lost his job and had to move to california to join the new company. But they weren't ready to adjust even a single dollar when breaking the lease. Also had to pay 2 months rent while breaking. Also they won't let you sub lease the apartment.
