The complex is close to shopping and restaurants and is a few minutes from the interstate. Although the rent did go up every year, the price was decent for the size of the apartment. The maintenance staff was great and always responded within 24 hours. Each apartment comes with a carport so there was always parking availabe, but if you have more than 1 vehicle check out the building where you will be living as some buildings do not have as much parking as others. (The buildings along the edges of the complex usually tend to have more spaces) In the winter it can be a little drafty but otherwise the apartment itself was fine. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff since they were a little snooty at first, especially considering they had a mix up which made me have to wait several extra weeks to move in, but they seemed slightly nicer as time went on. Overall, this was a good place to live and I would definitely go back.
