For the money, this is a great deal. It is neat and clean, and adequately maintained. It is a very family oriented community. The staff has always responded quickly and been exceptionally helpful. Additionally, maintenance included in the lease agreement includes lawn mowing and service, and snow and ice removal. What perks....
