Upon move-out of my unit, I was assessed a $60 fee for "bleach stains" to the carpet which I was not responsible for. I looked like the construction crew wasn't careful when painting and they spilled onto the carpet. Personally, I would like to know how my $60 is going to repair the stains so the next tenant in my unit won't be assessed the same fee.

I was also charged a $40 Partial Cleaning fee for a dirty fireplace (which I did not use once) and "semi-dirty" cabinents in the kitchen and bathrooms (which I thoroughly cleaned prior to vacating the premisises).

When I called Jamee Grow (Assistant Manager) to inquire about the charges, she was very rehersed with her speach and was unwilling to listen to my concerns about the charges. I would imagine they try to squeeze as much out of tenants on their way out as possible.

Contractually, I had to pay the amount they assessed. However, given management's insensitivity towards the issue(s) and their unwillingness to come to a fair and equitable agreement, that will be my last time in an Amli property.
