hi there, i am planning to move from out of state by the end of this month and am desperately trying to narrow by apt search down. Unfortunately it seems many apts in kansas city area are not what I am looking for to put nicely. Can a current resident tell me how the apartment rates as far as cleanliness, (i.e. rodents, insects,etc inside the apartments' I am NOT down with that), noise level ( i can see many complaints for that), and importantly security. Any feedback would be great. thanks
