I am a current resident at Cambridge Square. I am amazed at the "poor feedback". This is one of, if not THE nicest places to live. I know that the management and the maintenance staff work very hard. I think if I had to deal with some of these complainers on a daily basis, I would be rude also! Besides, most of the negative comments on here are from people who probably have been charged for damages and rightly so, or abused priviledges in some way or another, and found this site to vent on. Dont believe the bad comments folks. This is a beautiful place with excellent, top-notched service, the way AMLI provides.

I have to disagree with you on your comment about the people posting negative being charged for damages or abusing privileges. I actually received all my deposit back and did not abuse anything. My wife and I had to move this place due to all of the noise. We live a normal life with an 8-5 job and usually in bed around 10pm or so. But the college kids they have living there are just terrible. Up all night having parties, doing laundry at 3am, letting their dogs bark all night long. When talking with the management about it, their option was to put up with it or leave. So we actually did. I even had to call their corporate office to get out of the lease. What is funny is that the corporate office agreed with me and allowed me out of the lease without any penalties, but the office management (what a joke) tried to fight it.

It's funny that your wonderful living is rated with a 55%. Much less than a passing grade. hmmmm..... these are things that need to be brought to the communities attention or they will never be changed. You are just accusing others of lies, who's really negative. I have no damages or poor reccomondations. I just wish to have a nice community to live in and Amli is expected to have higher living. It's rediculous to live with medeocrity when you pay for excellence.

I just want to say that I have had a wonderful experience living here. It seems like a lot of high-maintenance people living here. I agree with the original post that this is a great place to live.
