We always needed maint. and it would take months for repair. Staff disrespectful and not ACCOMIDATING.

I would completely disagree. I have lived here at Cambridge Square since 2004, in two different apartments, and have always had the best maintenance service. They are very prompt and polite. It seems as if people write on here to complain when they don't get their way or something makes them mad. This is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in and I would say the maintenace staff does a wonderful job of completing all service requests.
