I completely disagree with the negative reviews about this community. I absolutely love living here. This is a very, very nice place to live. The landscaping is gorgeous, the maintenance team is great, the amenities are very nice-gorgeous pool and nice fitness studio. I love my apartments (I have lived in two here) and I have lived here since 2004. It is a great location for getting around Overland Park and the majority of the Kansas City Metro area. It is so close to shopping and dining with super easy access to the highways. I have not had negative any encounters with the office staff. They have called me when I was on a wait list for a garage and followed up on service requests so I think it's been great.
As mentioned, it's been a great experience for me and I have been here for 3 years. This is the best place. I love it and recommend it to anyone looking to move in this area. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
