I looked at the one bed 1006 sq ft it was very nice, the price is too high and although I liked the floor plan I have a 7lb dog (Yorkie) and a cat which is declawed in all 4 paws and (10 yrs old) both are house broken. The pet rent $40 a month total for my pets is crazy. When I was looking at the apartment the woman would not stop following me, hello its a one bedroom! I think I can figure it out. I almost stepped on her she was so close to me which made me very uncomfortable, It is a nice apartment but the con's are

-$26 fee for paying your bill online (if you do not have it automatically drafted out your account).

Very nice one bedroom with a very big closet and sun room perfect for a single person

work out center was impressive
Washer/ dryer in unit
I really don't care that this apartment is in "leawood" not impressive crime is everywhere and just because this apartment is located near $500,000 homes does not mean the apartments should be high priced when you don't get much in the rent. Although the people in the office are nice when you visit it is pretty much a front, I hate when they only ask you questions about where you work.
