When my fiance and I had to find a place in Kansas to live (moving from NY), we needed to find someplace that held no secrets and was decent. Jamee from the office answered all of our questions with extreme professionalism and got us set up in the short amount of time allotted to moving out here. She worked with us to nail a good apartment at a fair price and made the entire situation as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind we didn't have the ability to check out the place before moving in - so we had to trust in the personnel, and I'm very happy that were able to do so. So far everything from the maintenance to the facilities have been top notch!

Now after living here a while we've recognized that the price is bit high (we could be paying for a house), BUT the main thing to understand here is that "You get what you pay for". When I come home I'm not worried about my place being broken into, when I call to get something fixed - guess what' It's fixed! Sometimes next day! When I need some assistance or have a question I can drop into the office and ask, and I get an answer. This place is great to live in, I would recommend it to anyone!
