My New wife and I live in the 2 bedroom 2 bath model. We believe despite popular belief that the rent is extreamly fair for what you get. I have a huge 1200 sqft 2 bedroom with a washer and dryer in a convienient location for around the same price i was paying for a crappy 1 bedroom in Ghetto grandview. I do feel the comments about the staff beeing kind of rude some of the girls there a kind of know it alls and a little stuck up. My service request have ALWAYS been taken care of in timly manner. I read another review with a Woman complaining about having to pay for the water and soap at the car wash DUH I was never given the impression it was free. Needless to say anybody who finds anything to complain about the actual apartment is splitting hairs. I have never felt unsafe here its LEAWOOD for god sakes i grew up at 80th and prospect so this is Malibu to me..... also the you can hear everything complaint hasnt been noticed either I can hear the people above me walk but no Tvs radios ect...Great location right off the Higway minuets from anywhere in KC also the ammenities are great Nice Pool, Gym, Business center, Entertainment room, and conference room....... Also those who dont like the Paint this is one of the few complexes that will let you paint them....Look hard an long at these you will love them TRUST ME

I agree the location is good, but the noice is horrible, the office staff is rude, the apartments are not made as well as they look first glance, and if you were paying $860 for a 1 bedroom in Grandview you got ripped off!

I dont pay 860 here even if i did it would be fine with me I pay 780, My apartment is made just fine i have no construction issues, and I live against the highway and never hear any noise at all. Except the dog above me.
