I have rented a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Cambridge Square for the past four years. I love the location, which is very close to work, shopping, and entertainment. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful, and the buildings themselves are well-maintained. Any work I've requested has been done quickly. With the exception of traffic noise (my apartment faces I-435) and the occasional late-nighters in the parking lot, it is very quiet. I can hear almost no voices, barks, or other sounds from neighboring apartments. The pool is beautiful. As for the office staff, I have thought they were somewhat rude in the past, but the current staff is much friendlier (perhaps due to recent surveys). I completed a resident survey last year, and each of the suggestions I made were implemented...so I feel they are responsive to resident needs.
