I moved early this month (Dec-06). The place looks very good to me. Maintenance requests are taken care of soon. I believe that is because it is a new apartment and they want to keep the ratings well.
A couple of assistants at the leasing office are very good but there are two blondes who are really headstrong. They talked as if I was a VIP in the first visit, but as soon as I signed my lease they behave like -------$.
The experience has been very pleasant in the last month though.
I would RECOMMEND this, if you don't care spending a bit more on the rent.
