The BIGGEST Mistake EVER!

Moved in not too long ago and already dealing with more problems than at my last place. Before I moved here I thought that it would be worth the price since this place is brand new. Little did I know that the "brand new" carpet would have a 1 inch gap between it and the wall. The side walks, which have a slight incline, would be covered by ice and not one day in February was there salt thrown down. The office staff is SO unheplful, they can't even go from the office to the fitness center to simply check and see if I left my fitness card on the counter in the fitness center. I can't even find a parking space and the buildings aren't even full yet. Wonder what the parking will be like when they are'''''' I mean you pay 1/2 of what you would pay for a house and they don't even include a microwave or vegetable sprayer. So now I have to use what little counter space that I have for my microwave. I like the pool and the grounds will hopefully look better once they hire a guy to clean up the construction mess. I also like the fitness center, it's a nice size and I like that it's always empty. Other than that, this was the biggest mistake that I have ever made when choosing an apartment.

Holy christ princess... Do you have any idea what you are talking about? I don't work here, live here or have any association with AMLI whatsoever... but my brother did live here before moving to Colorado. This place is phenominal for the money.
By no parking do you mean you actually had to walk 100 yards to get to your front door? The other tenants or visitors must not have seen the special parking spot in front of your door when they parked there. God forbid you have to walk across a parking lot with ice on it to get in your front door. And the staff wouldn't walk to the fitness center to look for something you lost? Walk your lazy ass down the 2 flights of stairs and look for your own things... It's not the responsibility of the staff to pick up after you.
I live in Chicago where rent is $1500 for a 1 bedroom with no a/c, dishwasher, laundry and parking spots run an additional $250 a month! I miss the housing cost in the golden ghetto of Johnson County.
Your complaints are all petty and pretty shallow. Before you try and convince someone not to live here, live in a place with real problems... I can't belive you actually complained about the unit not having a vegitable sprayer. Wow.

I lived in AMLI Clear Creek. I agree completely with these complaints. The staff is horrible. They wouldn't even help me get my mail after I lost my mail key.

I'd agree with the complaints as well. Staff here is horrible. I've read through all the reviews that list the staff as being helpful, and every name they mention doesn't work there anymore. The people that have replaced them are idiots that blow you off.
