I've been here a few months, and although I love my apartment, it could be better. Coming home late at night, parking is terrible. I've thought about renting a carport, but there isn't one close to me, so I'd go through the same problem of walking a distance to my apartment.

Living on the bottom floor, the noise coming from the apartment above me is the worst!! Forget just normal walking - that's bad enough, but when they are running and jumping and dropping heavy objects (which happens constantly!), it's really annoying.

The place also was not at all clean when I moved in. Yes they had vacuumed the carpet, maybe even had it cleaned - but other things like cleaning the inside of the windows, there was green calcium deposits on every faucet, the mini-blinds were filthy, the walls should have been touched up better, etc. The list goes on. All that should have been done before my moving in. I expected more from a complex that looks this nice.

I do love the beige walls with all the white crown moulding and trim. I love the designer tile floors in the kitchen and bath. I love that everything you could possibly need is less than 4 or 5 miles away. They just need to figure out how to clean an apartment before a tenant moves in.
