So much wrong. Two months after I moved in they left a bill on my door for $125 saying I didn't finish paying all my deposit, which normally you can't move in unless that's paid. NO PARKING and then they send us notices to stop parking on the curb or they will tow. Who knows where we're supposed to park. I was going to sign a lease again this year and they were trying to raise the rent 80 bucks more a month. Which for that apartment, wouldn't be worth it. The staff is fake...and have no clue what's going on. One person will tell you one thing and another will have something else to say. They tried to charge me 70 bucks for an "estimated water bill". No one showed up for my walk through and I waited for twenty minutes. Called the office and no one answered. I lived there two years. It seems great when you first start out, they are your best friend until that lease is signed. After that they try and extract every last penny they can from you. I know many others who live/lived at Creekside who are just as frustrated with the complex management as I am. Some even more. The rent amount isn't what made me leave, that was doable...it was the way it was handled. I'm much happier in a house anyways.

Rent increases happen all the time, at anytime, but you only see the increase when you go to renew your lease. as for the $125 on your deposit, I can't help you there just that you may have had an agreement with the office to pay your deposit on the date of move in and someone missed it while you were signing your lease. I for one know the staff that is there now, and love them all! This property is running alot better than it has in the past.

Rent doesn't increase that much and if it does they should let residents know ahead of time to prepare. AND they shouldn't tell people when they are signing their lease that it won't go up more than $10 a year. As for the $125, I went back and forth with them 6 times giving check numbers and amounts...and AMLI was wrong, not me. I liked the pool. I remember Nina and Ashley and THEY were good at running Creekside, Nina actually cared.
