I've lived here for one year and it has been a nice place to live. Very quiet, I can always find parking near my apt, etc. The communication from the office has been fine--they always let you know in advance if they will enter your apt to spray for bugs or check something.
The trail behind the apartments is really nice, especially if you get an apt. that faces the trail.
My only complaint is the price--I am not renewing my lease because they are raising my rent, and for what would pay for a 1-bedroom here, I can find an equally nice 2 bedroom somewhere else. It is also very expensive to rent the carports and the garages. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
